By downloading or using Tucan you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Tucan on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions (Tucan Pro)

• Tucan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued habit tracking requires a Tucan Pro subscription.
• Plans: Annual €9.99/year and Monthly €1.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in App Store → your account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer & liability

Tucan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use. Tucan is a self-improvement tool and does not provide medical advice.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
